Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours. Self check-in, then take the elevator to the 8th floor. Building staff are on site until 8 PM. You get parking for 1 car in the building garage. Arriving early or leaving late? You can drop off luggage before check-in and after check-out.



The Neighborhood:

Cafes and restaurants on Avenida Tamaulipas start about 3 minutes from the door. Parque España (about 10 min on foot) and Parque México (about 11 min) are Condesa's two big green parks. The tree-lined Avenida Amsterdam loop is about 15 minutes away, and Chapultepec Castle and its forest are about 1.5 mi from the building.



Getting Around:

You do not need a car in Condesa. Metro Patriotismo is about 10 minutes on foot and Metro Chilpancingo about 16. The airport (MEX Terminal 1) is about 8.6 mi by car; allow extra time for traffic. If you drive, there is parking for 1 car in the building garage.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM; luggage drop-off available before and after.

• Air conditioning is in the 3 bedrooms only; the living and dining areas have portable fans.

• Exterior security cameras are in the building lobby only.

• Building staff are on site until 8 PM.

• Parking for 1 car only.

• Chapultepec Castle is only faintly visible in the distance.

• No parties or events; quiet hours 9 PM to 9 AM.

• No smoking or vaping inside. Only booked guests may stay.
