The Neighborhood:

In my neighborhood you can find everything, restaurants, bars, hotels, canteens, sports, shopping centers, super, corner shops, aesthetics, migration, parks, museums, zoos, entertainment centers, churches ... not to mention that you are where everything happens most chick Aztec territory.



Getting Around:

We are on the side of the second largest avenue in Mexico: metro, pesero, taxi sites .. Ecobici. and always the Turibus so that you know my city. Shopping centers, red cross, museums.



Other Things to Note:

* Once a reservation has been made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. Date changes are also not permitted.

* In Mexico City, we generally do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend checking the weather forecast and packing clothing appropriate for the expected weather during your stay :).

* Mexico City has experienced reductions in water availability in some areas. In the event of a possible interruption or shortage of water service, we will remain attentive and do our best to assist you at all times.

We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer and dryer, or are located near a laundromat.



Please note that towels that are permanently stained or damaged may be subject to an additional charge. To help prevent this, you will find towels specifically marked “makeup”, which you are welcome to use for removing makeup or for products that may cause stains.



💳 Security Deposit



For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a temporary hold as a security deposit.



This hold is not a charge and will be automatically released after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.



The process is secure and handled through a specialized platform designed to protect your information. We will send you the instructions once your reservation has been confirmed.

Mexico City is brimming with culture, cuisine, and art! We’ll provide recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the city’s most popular neighborhoods.
