Check-in is fully self-service, so you can arrive at your own pace without needing to coordinate a meeting time.

While I’m not on-site to greet guests in person, I’m always available on message and keep a close eye on arrivals to make sure everything goes smoothly and you can access the apartment without any trouble.

If you ever need assistance during your stay, I’m happy to help remotely — or also we can also arrange to meet in person. My priority is that you feel comfortable, supported, and well taken care of throughout your stay.

The studio is located inside a traditional local courtyard building.
To reach the studio, you enter through the main courtyard entrance and go up 2 floors on steps.

Please note there is no elevator, so the space may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or very heavy luggage.

Most guests find the stairs easy to manage, and they are part of the authentic charm of staying in Roma Norte in Ciudad de México.
