The wi-fi for cell phones was horrible. I don't know why service was really slow or non-existent. The AC was a bit difficult to understand and control. And it didn't cool down the room properly. The keycard kept deactivating EVERY DAY. We would use it once, head out to the city, come back and the key would no longer work. Would have to go back down to the front desk to get it re-activated. Also, the shower floor was unlevel so the water would pool up because the drain was on the side closest to the shower heads but the floor was leaning in the opposite direction.

This was first time in CDMX, wasn't sure what to expect. This hotel a little off the beaten path but very convenient to Reforma area attractions. Staff was very nice.

Clean and affordable. It is easy to get around this area. I believe the property notes indicate soundproofing, however, you could hear everything from upstairs room and the hallway. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and courteous.
