Experience the comfort of staying in a cozy, modern, and perfectly located apartment in Condesa, surrounded by incredible food, culture, parks, and entertainment.



The Space:

Enjoy your own private apartment featuring a vintage-style kitchen, dining area, and living room. It offers 2 bedrooms: a spacious primary bedroom and a smaller secondary bedroom, both with their own private full bathroom.



This stylish 70-square-meter apartment features charming interiors, including parquet flooring and good water pressure. It is located in a historic building full of character and old-world charm. The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible by two elevators; however, due to the age of the building, the elevators are small and retain their original design.



As with any older residential building, guests may occasionally hear some noise from neighbors or common areas.



Important: Access to the second bedroom is through the service area of the apartment.

We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons such as smells or perceived cleanliness.

2.⁠ ⁠Send IDs for all guests, including minors and the person who booked.

3.⁠ ⁠When booking, please confirm that you have read and accepted our rules and cancellation policy.



For security reasons, some reservations will be accepted in person, as we need to be sure that the person making the reservation will actually stay.



Guest Access:

You can cook, rest, ando go in and out as you want.

No guest are allowed in the apartment.



The apartment is designed to provide a comfortable and private experience, whether you’re visiting Mexico City for tourism, work, or a relaxing getaway. Make yourself at home and enjoy everything this beautiful Condesa apartment has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in begins at 3 PM and check-out must be before 11 AM. If you need to enter early let us know and we will try depending on availability.



Final cleaning is included in the rental price, but if you would like to have a cleaning service during your stay, we can provide it for an additional charge of $400 per day.



**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



*We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



IMPORTANT: The elevator is not working at the moment.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
