Relax and enjoy your stay in this centrally located, pristine and newly built Mesquite casa. The backyard offers a pool, spa, and a bistro dining height table. With luxury everything, vacations are upgraded to first class. As Mesquite is centrally located, you have a short drive to some of the finest state and federal parks in the world. You have quick access to golf courses, a casino’s, hiking, biking & razor adventure. Spoil yourself with a vacation in Casa Mesquite.

*If you have a larger party and need additional accommodations, we have a partner house right next door. We even have a gate, allowing friendly parties to have access to each others pack yard for outdoor play if desired. Please inquire individually on that listing. It's name is "Perfect Swing" by J and Amy.

* Base fee is for 6 guests.

* Our home is a No-smoking, No pets property and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays. $500 fine is evidence (animal hair/smoke/ashes/butts) are found at checkout. If you do have a service animal for a disability, we would appreciate prior communication. Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.

* There is a possibility of neighborhood construction noise until all home in the neighborhood have been completed.

YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms: Although our home is a 3 bedroom home, we can sleep six adults separately with our convertible king to 2 single beds configuration in one of the guest rooms. Our primary offers a king bed with attached bath and the second guest room has a queen bed. The third bedroom has the choice of two twins or one king, and there is a pull out bed a well ( please see pictures) that would be comfortable for a smaller person. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day. All mattresses and pillows are encased with a protective covering to keep you safe from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have a TV so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV service unless you watch through your personal app sign in. Make sure to sign out at checkout.

Bathrooms: Our two bathrooms, one attached to the primary bedroom, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum.

Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. Beautiful indoor and separate outdoor dishes are for your use as well as coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more.

Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and the wall of sliding windows and doors make you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch, watching your favorite show on our large screen streaming TV.

YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE -
POOL & HOT TUB: You will be able to heat the hot tub and pool for your stay during the colder months. There is an extra fee to heat both.

FIRE PIT AND DINING TABLE: Our bar height fire pit table is perfect for conversations, drinks and dinner as you stay warm in an inviting atmosphere.

VIEW: We have great views of the Mesquite desert and the Virgin Mountains from our neighborhood. It is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.

PARKING: We offer free parking for 2 cars in our 3 car garage - the third bay is set up with games and fun. Parking in the driveway and on street provides additional spaces. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 72 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.

* Because of the pool and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. The front door must be locked at all times because of direct access through the house to the pool Thank you.

*Please remove shoes.

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.

*Pool and Hot Tub Fees: The pool and hot tub can be heated - daily fees apply. These charges are initiated OUTSIDE THE INITIAL RESERVATION. The cost for heating changes based on the ambient temperature of Mesquite. We will need 3 days notice prior to your arrival for the charge to occur and for us to arrange heating. The prices are as follows:

POOL & HOT TUB: Winter - $150 a day
Summer - $25 (Hot tub only)
Fall & Spring - $100 a day.

HOT TUB ONLY: Winter months - $35 a day
Summer - $25 a day
Fall & Spring - $25 a day
RULES
* No smoking - $500 fine
* No pets - $500 fine
* Any guests brought onto the property outside of the original
reservation are subject to an additional fee and/or removal from the property.
* Guest Limitations - The home and backyard amenities are for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. If you have a need for a gathering, please contact co-hosts for prior approval. Fees may apply. Unregistered guests using or spending time in the property could result in removal of guest from the property.
*Report anything that is broken or damaged upon arrival.
* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.
* There is chance of daytime construction noise until all houses in the neighborhood are completed.

* Shoes - Please remove your shoes. The asphalt residue, is very hard on the flooring, leaving a black dinge.

* TVs - The TVs are smart TVs. Feel free to sign into your accounts for use during your stay, but remember to sign out and leave the remotes in plain view at checkout.

* NO GLASS OR CERAMIC materials outside please. There are melanin dinnerware and glasses that can be used in the outdoor area. We want to ensure a safe walking space for bare feet.

POOL AND SPA RULES :
Pool & Hot Tub -
***** Showering before using the HOT TUB is a must. Lotions, sweat, dirt, hair, etc. have caused the hot tub to be shut down for the next guests as it has to be drained, retreated, and re-heated. $300 fine if this should occur - $150 for tub restart and $150 for the next guest refund for lack hot tub availability for their stay. Thank you!

****Please apply sunscreen 30 minutes before entering the pool.

* * * *Follow pool and hot tub rules that are posted outside. PLEASE - NO
DIVING!

*Because of pool safety and liability issues, the front door must be locked at all times as there is direct access to the pool.

*When children are staying in the home, for their safety, please keep the slider door locked at all times. Adults must always be outside with the children for their safety as the pool is not covered.

*There is a locking gate for entry into the yard. This needs to be shut and locked at all times for the safety of all.


CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: 10:00 AM
1) Please make sure instructions for hot tub and pool
checkout are completed. See online guidebook under
"accommodations"
2) Locate garage door opener and place it on the kitchen counter.
3) Start one load of towels.
4) Load and start the dishwasher.
5) Sign out of Hulu/ Netflix, etc. on all TVs.
6) Locate all remotes and leave them in plain view in their respective
rooms.
7) Please set AC/Heater unit to 80 in the summer, and 69 in the winter.
8) Lock all doors and windows.
9) A quick message letting J and Amy know you have checked out is very
helpful to housekeeping.

A Gem Near the Mesquite Sports Complex

We recently stayed at a lovely home near the Mesquite Sports Complex for a football tournament, and it was absolutely perfect for our family! The location couldn’t have been better, allowing us easy access to the complex and surrounding areas. The highlights of our stay were definitely the heated pool and hot tub, which were a hit with the whole family after long days at the tournament. It provided the perfect relaxation spot! The house itself was well-stocked with all the necessities for cooking, which made meal prep a breeze. We appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring we had everything we needed. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well each night. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Mesquite. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
