The Space:

Step onto your private balcony and take in the wide-open canal view stretching north as far as you can see, with the chance to spot dolphins, manatees, and even a rocket launch lighting up the Space Coast sky. This corner-unit condo at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina puts you right on the water, with the kind of open, light-filled layout that makes everyone want to gather.



Living space

The open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with floor-to-ceiling windows pulling in the waterfront views from nearly every angle. Sink into the plush sectional sofa and watch the sun set over the canal, or step out through the glass balcony doors for the full panorama. A queen sleeper sofa adds flexible sleeping space for extra guests.



Sleeping arrangements

The split floor plan spreads three bedrooms across the unit for privacy - two with king beds and one with a queen bed. Combined with the queen sleeper sofa, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 beds.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners, with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you'll need. The dining table seats the group, and an additional eat-in kitchen space gives everyone room to spread out.



Bathroom

Both bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, body soap, cleaning products, and hot water, plus a bathtub and hair dryer for getting ready before a day on the water or a night watching the sky.



Resort & location

Cape Crossing Resort and Marina sits on Merritt Island between the Indian River and the Banana River, with access to the intra-coastal waterway, Port Canaveral, and the Atlantic Ocean - putting Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and Orlando International Airport all within reach. On-site, you'll have access to a pool, sauna, and gym, along with free parking and an elevator. Smart lock self check-in makes arrival simple, and beach essentials are provided if you want to head straight for the sand.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the Clubhouse, pool and Marina.

Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.



Getting Around:

Plenty of parking on property, with Uber and Lyft being prevalent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
