***We are Pet friendly, but not for free, and there is a 30USD Pet Fee you must pay in cash to the security staff if you want to bring along your furry friend. Only 1 pet per unit allowed by the Condo Rules***

⚠️ Important Notice About the Pool

From June 2nd to June 21st, the pool area will be temporarily out of service due to scheduled maintenance by the building administration. The work will include chipping, sealant application, Chukum finish, and cleaning, all part of an effort to improve the facilities and enhance your future experience.
During this period, all other areas and amenities of the condominium will remain fully operational, and we will do our best to ensure your stay is still comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you soon. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!
