« Good place to stay »

« The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though. The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience. »

« The elevators to the rooms are oddly distant from the lobby. Our room was clean, but was missing some basic supplies such as tissue and coffee for the Keurig machine. Overall, it served its purpose for us (a quite overnight sleep) but was not overly impressive. »

« Manager was very friendly. We found a yellow wash cloth under the air conditioner, so we weren't sure how clean the room really was. »

« This was my second time to stay at the Tru in Milord, OH. The room felt clean and I love the scent of their lemon hand soap and body wash. I'm not a huge fan of their offerings for breakfast, but you can find something that you like well enough. I will continue to choose this hotel when I'm in town. »

« breakfast should be more choice. also cleaning agent need to change the bed sheet daily, i needed to report this to front desk more often. »
