Visite de Memphis sur 3 jours. Hôtel bien situé. Vous devez prendre votre voiture pour visiter les différents lieux mais soit il y a un parking soit si vous allez dans Memphis il coute 1,50$ de l’heure. Piscine, petit déjeuner jusqu’a 10 heures! Le seul hic c'est que l’hotel n’est pas très bien insonorisé mais bon .... dans l’ensemble bon rapport qualité prix et service sympa.

Everything and everyone was nice but when you get your window broken out and you can’t go to your class you had scheduled because you can’t leave anything in your vehicle while you are in your class because you can’t secure your vehicle. Well, it ruins your whole trip. Having to drive back to Vicksburg to get my window replaced was awful! You would think that my room would be comped after that.

Very upset. They broke into my vehicle along with 8 others with a security guard on premises. Between replacing broken window and stolen items I am out almost $2000.00 dollars. The manager and staff were very apologetic and said they have an issue with theft around the area. Was told they are trying to keep guest safe. I asked if they would help pay for damages and I got no reply.

The staff were excellent. Helped us get into our room early because I needed to take a Zoom meeting. Maintenance immediately came to our room when I report a slow bath drain (hair happens...) and fixed it. I accidently left my yoga pants rolled up in a towel to help dry after washing, was scooped up by housekeeping (not her fault). Front desk took time to look for them, retrieved them, even washed them! Front desk gave two great recommendations - one for breakfast, one for cocktails. Staff person who managed the breakfast was so nice, her area clean and the breakfast buffet nicely laid out. Lobby and hotel was a welcome,quiet respite from a hectic basketball tournament. Parking easy and free, and secure with a security officer always there. Just an excellent stay and our go-to for Memphis from here on out.

Horrible customer service that is not consistent with the brand. Fraudulent use if my name. I never checin but the front desk said I did and that maid sevice clean behind me. All fraudulent activity against the staff and the establishment.

The hotel and staff are just fine. The staff are actually very kind. However, my truck was broken into, and my window was shattered. Several cars in the lot were broken into as well.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast had many choices. We were glad to be in the back of the building with no traffic noises. The heater and toilet were very noisy. We stayed three nights. The garbage was never emptied and was overflowing.

There were roaches in the room. We saw 1 in the window and other just over the TV. The people coming in and out were very seachy, this property is not kid friendly in my opinion.

I have stayed here before and returned in March '24 because I was impressed with the hotel. Room was clean, quiet, bed very comfy. Breakfast is very good. Security guard in limited entry parking lot after dark for safety. Conveniently located between downtown and the bustling midtown area. Highly recommend!!

Checked into the hotel. Noticed a security car parked out front that a security guard comes at 7pm every night to keep watch. I got to my room and needed to use the restroom. Lifted the lid and the toilet was not cleaned. Hair and urine all over the seat. The shower’s shampoo rest was falling off and not sealed from the sealant as the rest was falling off. I later was getting ready for bed and I pulled the covers back and a couple long black hairs were loosely laying under the covers.

Thank you also for your concern regarding the parking lot and car break ins. We do work closely with the Memphis Police Department, and a private security company to try and prevent situations such as these. Unfortunately, even with these precautions and the cameras and lights in the parking lot we cannot control the general public's behavior.

Carpet in hallways needed vacuuming. 3 of our 4 pillow’s had red spots on them. Not sure if it was blood or lipstick. The bed in room 238 was miserable. My side of the mattress dipped in a good 3 inches deep where my rear end would be. I had to stuff a pillow between the mattress and the fitted sheet to fill the spot. Not sure why this hotel has an 8.6. Other than convenience and staff it was awful. Will spend a little more next trip for a nicer hotel.

Hotel had no potable water available. Public water was on a boil notice. Did not have any water to offer guests. Had no change available so I could buy it from vending machine. Front desk had 2 bottles available, but charged me $5.00 per bottle. Clearly gouging because they knew humans need water, even just to brush teeth and take medicine. Hotel has obligation to provide potable water for no charge to guests. Ridiculous! Shameful!

This was a good hotel, clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent and hospitable and welcoming. However, be aware that it is across from a large hospital so there will be many sirens throughout the night which may be bothersome to some. Also while we were there several cars were broken into. If you park in a well lit area and make sure you leave nothing of any value in sight. We did that and the car on one side of us and behind us were broken into while we were fine.

This hotel is right on Union Avenue which is convenient to everywhere in Midtown and west toward the river. It was dark and rainy when I arrived, but it was easy to find and to get into. Parking was easy as well. The Front Desk Clerk was friendly and very helpful. So far, so good.
