The room was fine but the TV didn't work. The person on duty solved the problem but would have been nicer had I not needed to request assistance. The facility was a bit run down.

I arrived at 2:15 PM with a reservation. I waited about 4 minutes for someone to come help me. I told her I was checking in. She said check in is at 3. I said I understand, but perhaps some rooms are clean. Then she said I could pay $45 to check in early. I left angry. When I returned at 3:15, she apologised and said she had not realised it was 2:25.

This hotel was raggedy. Didn’t look like anything on the website. Also make sure you bring your own towels if you don’t want to bathe with the same one everyday. Also breakfast ends at 9 but really that means 83O so don’t oversleep

Some outlets did not work shower looked dirty breakfast was dry and tastless coffee machine in lobby did not work. Staff was nice though.

Pool was under renovation. Health factory closed. Very dangerous area. Closet door was marked up like a dog scratched. Yet they there’s no pet policy but dogs were in the room. Really disappointed considering it was over $100 to stay. There were hookers and loud neighbors shouting all night. I felt very unsafe.

Worst experience. Was told where to park then awakened by a phone call to move my vehicle. Clerk was rude a very inconsiderate. Property was not in the best shape. Will never return or recommend.

Hands down the worst comfort inn I’ve stayed at the heat in my room didn’t work and no hot water in the shower but the sink would get hot water. Needs updating or shut down one of the two I felt dirty just staying here.

The breakfast was horrible. The elevator needs to be replaced or seriously deep cleaned, it smelled. Other than that it was quiet and clean.

Hotel itself is clean and comfortable, courteous staff, good bed and hot water. Breakfast was often low supply and not restocked but it was a holiday weekend so probably low staff. Entry drive is a bit dimly lit and have to drive through a construction storage area with fencing but don’t let that deter you from booking. It’s a nice place to stay especially for the price.

The staff were pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and quiet. The suite was spacious and just what we needed with no distractions from the outside world.

OK for the price...
Hotel was OK for the price. Kind of a sketchy location and not too many people around. Check in was quick and workers were friendly. Hotel room smelled really bad and there were stains on one of the beds comforter and sheets. Other than that, our room and bathroom was clean. On the last night of our stay, our neighbors were having a loud party until 2 am or later. Also, the indoor pool was drained for renovation and we didn't find that our until we arrived at the hotel. Had we known this, we would have stayed someplace else.

The location does not have EV charging even though the Expedia filter shows it does. It is location behind what appears to be a landscaping storage or construction site. The room had bathroom damage. There was a prostitute by the entrance to the property when we arrived and there was limited parking available. The pool was closed and under repair. The breakfast was poor with rancid waffle batter, no condiments, and an odd assortment of options. The rate was good and the location has obviously invested in improvements to the building. We would not stay at this location again

There was a horrible smell in the rooms, the housekeeping did not clean our rooms, take out the trash or bring us towels. When I asked for towels they said they probably didn't have any, there was some so the lady at the front desk said I was lucky there were some clean. The pool was out of service and looked like it had been down for a long time. There was construction all over around the hotel. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I will not go back.

Upon entering the parking lot we noticed that the area looked a little sketchy. Also they had been doing some remodeling. The attendant checking us in was very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was a little sub par. The oarnge juice and coffee were watery. The attendant checking us out was also nice. I enjoy this hotel chain but I dont think i would come back to this location.

It's been painted, but old otherwise. Mold in the bathroom and the facilities look old. The waffle had a strange taste. The bed was good though.
