A distance de marche de plusieurs attractions, très bonnes commodités dans la chambre. Dejeuner avec tout ce qu on peut désiré et tout était très bon. Tout était parfait sauf que pour nous, ce qu on a le moins aimé, c est que notre chambre n'avait pas fenêtre et c était mentionne "Upgrade" Pour nous ce n est pas un upgrade de se faire offrir une chambre pas de fenêtre.

L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement surtout la chambre. La localisation est excellente pour le centre-ville. Le déjeuner est excellent.

The View of the Mississippi River from our room (1112) was spectacular!! We couldn't keep our eyes off the windows both day and night! The bridges light up at night and do a light show, we also were fortunate to see amazing firework shows two nights from the comfort of our room! But the river is mesmerizing from the large picture windows!! Definately a huge highlight!! The staff was friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel is wonderful! We walked everywhere, or ended up taking the the trolly, (about a 3 minute walk from the hotel). We paid about $27 dollars each way to the airport with Lyft and took Lyft rides to and from Graceland, as both are about 15-20 mins from the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was extremely plentiful and fresh! They had many choices and in abundance, from hot food to cold food, to fruit! The hotel room was very clean and bathroom looked recently renovated! The beds too were quite comfortable! Only downfall was the pool and pool area were under construction, so completely out of commission for swimming, etc. We are not informed this prior to our booking. And they were doing construction on it while there early in the morning, which was disturbing, but they were apologetic in regards. We would definitely recommend the Comfort Inn Downtown Memphis and would stay again if ever return!

Staff very helpful and location good for access to convention center. Nice views of Mississippi River. Easy walk to Bass Pro/Pyramid. Good breakfast, but i would not walk to restaurants at night.

We were looking forward to using the pool and pool deck. I understand the pool was not open yet, but the deck area was not accessible for the expected use. It is a perfect location for sunset and viewing of the bridge lightshow after sunset. We and other guests we spoke to were very disappointed with these unavailable amenities.

Their housekeeping policy is serving the room each 3 days for “environmental “ reasons but the 1980 vintage toilet uses 4 gallons of water per flush. So much for saving the environment. I did request service each day and they did it. Get down to the breakfast early as they seem to run out of food towards the end of the service

The hotel was in walking distance to the convention center which was a plus. The ambience of the hotel felt dreary inside. We had problems with the card reader to get into the garage and hotel.

All the staff was excellent and the breakfast was amazing! I loved that they had coffee/tea always available and even cookies. My room was cleaned very well. The only negative was the continual construction, the drilling was alot. It did stop at night.
