Just an average experience. The room was nice and clean, front desk staff courteous and helpful. Restaurant and bar staff and service was poor, almost an embarrassment. The bartender intentionally overcharged me for a glass of wine, which felt intentional. I almost booked the Peabody across the street but a few reviews made it sound dated so I choose the Hilton. So sorry I did. We wound up going over there for food and drinks and there is no comparison.

The valet service was great, especially our Valet William. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. There was no microwave in the room. We needed one. There was no tub in the room. We wanted one. Didn’t like barn door on bathroom. Room was too small.

Decent Hilton hotel with really great staff. Comfortable room. Be warned the Expedia description of the premium room is incorrect. It is no larger than the standard room as website states, just has a window where the standard doesn’t. Window could look out over Peabody or just a car park and alleyways at back of hotel. Solo travelling in the Memphis area was also quite risky, the city didn’t always feel safe but the area around the hotel was ok.

Thank you for your kind words about our staff. I am glad that the room was comfortable. Your description of a premium room is correct, the square footage is the same as a standard room. Premium rooms are on the 4th or 5th floor therefore there is more sunlight with a view of Peabody or a downtown view that has the garage next door to us.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly and very helpful. There is valet parking, but otherwise no good parking options. I walked about 3 blocks to a Walgreens at 6:30 PM, but it was light out. I didn't feel safe walking there. I took a slightly different route back to the hotel and it was fine. I should have asked staff before walking.

The shower did not have any hot water and service had to be called. They fixed this quickly and we were good to go. The bathroom door was not able to stay closed.

Check in/Room availability was terrible! Didn’t get our room until hours after “check in” time. They sent our luggage to the wrong room but luckily the couple were honest and gracious enough to return to the front desk. The front desk manager told us he would comp our room but now 2 weeks later we haven’t seen a credit. The hotel was nice outside those factors.

We had to wait until after 7:00pm to check into our second room because it wasn’t ready. There was no hot water. Valet parking was advertised on our reservation as $35 but was $48 when we got there. We got free breakfast, however.

We apologize that there was a serious delay on your room being ready. We know this is a great inconvenience for you and we really do our best for this to not happen. Our valet service cost changed on April 1, 2024, and we updated the sites to reflect this.

Still haven’t check in. Arrived at 5:00 for a 4:00 check in. My wife got dressed for our evening in the lobby restroom. Still, as of 9:00 PM haven’t received the call that our room is ready. Less than exceptional experience in every regard. Zero stars.

The property is nice - new, trendy decor and spacious. On site restaurant had a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly. What I did not like is that there is huge bathroom, but the shower and toilet area has no door to separate it Also, the door from the main room to the bathroom is levered, so there is very little privacy. It was difficult with 3 of us in the room. It is not a thoughtful design. We brought our own pillows, but the cleaners took our pillow cases on the day they cleaned. They were not able to return them to us. We had clearly separated our pillow from theirs, so I am not sure why that happened. We were missing soap, tissues and there was an electrical issue with the outlet between the beds that they never were able to fix that during our 3 night stay. It also took two requests to get soap/tissues, and instead of tissues they brought toilet paper. I would request a room that is not on the Main Street, or you will get lots of street/car noise. Upper floor would also be best as we had a lot of noise from someone walking around the room above us.

I apologize that our staff took the pillow cases to the cleaners - we shared this information during our morning stand-ups so that our team is more conscience of personal pillows. I apologize for the room not being stocked properly with the amenities and the delay in getting this resolved. Again, thank you for sharing this as it is great information for us.

Stayed for three days to tour and experience Memphis. When we initially checked in our rooms ventilation system was so load you couldn’t hear yourself talk. Obviously, it needed service. We didn’t even unpack our bags. The front desk was more than accommodating in immediately moving us to a different room. It was done without fanefare and with a smile. The hotel is clean and has a modern vibe to it. Its location is centrally located with easy access to Beale St which is only a short 5 min walk. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. Elevator service is fast. We never waited more than a few minutes for service. The front desk staff are cheery and friendly. They were more than friendly and when it was pouring outside one day, allowed us to borrow an umbrella. The coffee shop was staffed every morning by the most effervescent, bubbly woman who greeted all her customers with such enthusiasm that it was refreshing. If the rest of the world woke up in the mood she did, life as we know it would be different. She was a pleasure .
