Torre Grande is an independent holiday home for 5 guests in Torre dell`Orso, near Melendugno, 100 meters away from the seafront promenade. The unit is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, hair-dryer, electric oven, iron and ironing board, tv in the living room, baby cot and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed.

The independent holiday home is on the ground floor
of an apartment building overlooking the main square. It`s introduced
by a gate opening on small porch and it`s characterized by basic
furniture, ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
The apartment consists of a large living room with twin-sized bed, tv, air conditioning and dining area, adjacent to the kitchenette. The sleeping area consists a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms with access to the porch at the back with sink.
The surroundings of Torre Grande
The two-unit complex Le Due Torri overlooks the main square of Torre dell`Orso, 100 meters away from the seafront promenade and
the typical tower which the seaside location was named after. The
complex is near every commercial amenity and it`s in a pedestrian only
area.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
