The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, where expansive windows capture stunning views across the gardens, treetops and sparkling waters of Port Phillip Bay. There are three comfortable bedrooms, including a master with split-system heating and air-conditioning and views, plus a central bathroom and full laundry facilities.



Set on a hill and surrounded by gardens, this home offers a wonderful sense of space and tranquillity. The large balcony is the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks or relaxed entertaining, with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ. Or simply sit back, unwind and enjoy the peaceful surrounds, with a visit from the local kookaburras always a delightful possibility!

The Neighborhood:

McCrae is a small coastal village on the Mornington Peninsula that sits between Rosebud and Dromana, and rests at the foot of Arthurs Seat, making it an ideal holiday destination. The picturesque long white sandy beaches offer shallow swimming, providing the perfect beach day for families. You’ll find great cafes and restaurants located opposite the beach and the striking McCrae lighthouse is a prominent local landmark. This coastal strip forms part of the Bay Trail which is popular with walkers and cyclists.
