From the moment you step through the leafy entrance, this home welcomes you with timeless elegance and vintage charm. Curl up on the leather sofas with a book by the classic gas fireplace, or unwind in the vibrant lounge chair as you stream your favourite show on the wall-mounted TV in the living room.

Pick up fresh produce from South Melbourne Market and prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Share a relaxed meal at the six-seater dining table, or step into the private courtyard to fire up the gas BBQ and savour an alfresco feast at the rustic wooden dining set beneath the shade of an umbrella.

As the day winds down, retreat to three beautifully styled bedrooms, each adorned with elegant décor. Wake up in the primary suite, where a queen bed overlooks the courtyard, and start your day with a refreshing shower in the ensuite. Rest in style in the second bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a Victorian-style fireplace for decoration. In the third bedroom, sink into the double bed, grab a book from the built-in bookshelves, and relax in the armchair by the decorative fireplace.

End your day with a soothing soak in the clawfoot bathtub or enjoy a relaxing shower by the decorative fireplace in the family bathroom. Start your day with a swim, gym session, or squash match at MSAC, just a four-minute walk away, or head to Lakeside Stadium nearby if you're in town for a sports event. From there, take a scenic 5km jog around Albert Park Lake, where palm-lined trails lead to the Grand Prix Circuit, making this the ideal location for those visiting during the F1 event. When hunger strikes, Lamaro’s Hotel is just around the corner for modern European cuisine and fine wines, while Coppersmith, a four-minute stroll away, is ideal for a juicy steak. Prefer to cook at home? South Melbourne Market, just a four-minute drive, is the perfect spot to pick up fresh local produce.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Please note that the living room has an open gas fireplace. While a fire gate is in place, we recommend supervising small children for safety.

Besides the gas fireplace in the living area, all other fireplaces are ornamental only.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.

Guests are required to clean the BBQ and BBQ utensils after use. A $75 fee will apply if it is left uncleaned.

We are unable to replace the BBQ gas bottle when it runs out. However, if a guest exchanges the empty gas bottle for a full one at the local petrol station, we're happy to reimburse the cost; simply provide us with the receipt.

The big bins are collected every Monday, so they must be taken out for collection every Sunday evening. Any guest who stays over on a Sunday/Monday must agree to take the bins out. Please do not book this accommodation if you're not prepared to take the bins out. We will send you reminders. Thanks!
