The Dolphin House is a charming seaside retreat for the perfect weekend escape. Located just a short stroll from the sand, this delightful three-bedroom home welcomes you with its warm and inviting atmosphere, offering a seamless blend of relaxation and coastal charm.

For the warmer months, the second living area flows effortlessly onto a shaded outdoor patio, where balmy afternoons can be enjoyed with a sizzling barbecue and refreshing sea breeze.

The home is thoughtfully set up for comfort and convenience. The master bedroom provides a private retreat with a walk-in robe and ensuite, while the additional two bedrooms in a separate wing ensure guests or children have their own space. The second bathroom adds extra ease for families and groups.

Perfectly positioned, The Dolphin House allows guests to take a stroll along the scenic Tyrone foreshore to the vibrant cafes of Blairgowrie Village, while Rye town centre is just a short drive away for shopping, dining, and exploring the Mornington Peninsula’s coastal gems.

The home features two spacious living areas, gas heating, split system cooling, and a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances, including an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. For entertainment, enjoy the Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a collection of books and games, and a dedicated study desk for those needing a quiet workspace. The outdoor area includes a BBQ, dining setup, and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a beach day. Practical amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and secure parking to ensure a stress-free stay.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Bedroom 1: 1x King Bed (sleeps 2 guests)
Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Bed (sleeps 2 guests)
Bedroom 3: 1x Double Bed and 1x Single Bed (sleeps 3 guests)

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $35 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
