Step out onto your private balcony, complete with chairs, and soak up 180 degree uninterrupted ocean and beach views. Enjoy in summer watching the boats come in and out of nearby St Kilda Pier. - Bedroom Two: Twin configuration with two single beds, mirrored wardrobes, ocean views and its own ensuite with in shower and vanity.



There is also a separate toilet off the lounge room for convenience.

- The property has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay, the property has large open plan living with plush carpets and older style bathrooms. The main ensuite has a step into the walk in shower and may not be suitable for those with mobility requirements.

- We can offer regular cleaning at an additional fee which can be arranged with 48 hours minimum notice.
