Spacious, private 5-bedroom, 3 bathrooms, ideal for large groups and families. Enjoy two living areas with Smart TVs and an a gas log fireplace, two dedicated study/workspaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate dining area with smart TV. Relax in the backyard with outdoor fireplace/BBQ and garden seating. Includes games room with ping pong, parking for up to 4 cars, family friendly, ducted heating and cooling throughout and close access to cafés, parks, shops, and transport.

Our peaceful and private home is ideal for large groups of friends or multiple families looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Nestled in a quiet residential location, this spacious home has been thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, offering two generous living areas, two dedicated study and workspaces, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area, five well-appointed bedrooms, and multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Conveniently located close to local shops, cafés, and parks, you’ll have easy access to daily essentials, dining options, and nearby green spaces, perfect for a morning walk or family time outdoors.

Master Bedroom 1
A spacious king bedroom with built-in wardrobes and plenty of natural light, overlooking the front garden. This room includes the privacy and convenience of its own ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, vanity sink and toilet.

Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4
These three bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen bed with built-in wardrobes and quality linen, providing calm and restful spaces to unwind after a day of exploring. They are well positioned near the shared bathroom and separate toilet.

Bedroom 5
A generous king bedroom with its own private ensuite and a peaceful backyard garden view. This room is ideal for couples or families and also has a baby cot making it well suited for guests travelling with babies.

Ensuite 1
This ensuite has a walk in shower, vanity sink and toilet. Ensuite 1 is attached to Bedroom 1

Ensuite 2
This ensuite has a walk in shower, vanity sink and toilet. Ensuite 2 is attached to Bedroom 5

Main Bathroom and Separate Toilet
The main shared bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a bathtub, ideal for families, along with a separate toilet for extra convenience.

Kitchen
The kitchen is bright and functional, fully equipped with an oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, drip coffee maker, air fryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator, along with ample bench space and everything needed to prepare meals with ease.

Dining Area
The dining area is separate from the kitchen, spacious, and filled with natural light. It comfortably seats up to eight guests and includes a Smart TV, making it perfect for relaxed family meals or longer gatherings. A kitchen bench with bar stools for three provides additional casual seating for quick meals or morning coffee.

Study 1
A dedicated work-from-home space featuring a desk and a comfortable chair, ideal for remote work, study, or catching up on emails in a quiet setting.

Study 2 / Play & Library Area
A versatile space designed for children and quiet activities, featuring a table with seating for three and bookshelves stocked with books. This room is perfect for homework, creative play, or relaxing with a book away from the main living areas.

Living Area 1
The main living area is warm and inviting, furnished with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and an gas log fireplace that creates a cosy atmosphere during cooler months. This space is ideal for relaxing together, enjoying movie nights, or unwinding after a day out.

Living Area 2
The second living area also includes a Smart TV and overlooks the deck and backyard, making it a perfect retreat for kids and teens or for guests wanting a relaxed space away from the main lounge.

Outdoor Areas
Step outside and enjoy multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and entertaining. The covered deck with outdoor dining is perfect for meals or morning coffee.
The backyard also features seating with a fireplace that can be converted into a charcoal grill, and the undercover area can be retracted to open up the space on warmer days making it ideal for casual outdoor cooking and cosy evenings outdoors. The spacious garden offers plenty of room to relax, play, or enjoy the fresh air.

Garage / Games Room
The garage is currently set up as a games room with a ping pong table, making it a great space for kids, teens, or friendly competition. The ping pong table can be easily folded away, allowing the space to be converted back into a garage if required. The garage features an automated roller door, which can be closed and locked for added security.

Parking
Parking is easy and convenient at the property. The carport is suitable for up to three cars, and there is additional space at the front of the house for one more vehicle, allowing parking for up to four cars in total.

• Cafes: Our favourite spot for brunch on a Sunday is The Hatter & Hare. Kafenio is very popular for its coffee and brunch options. Railway Cafe and Tracks Bar is a cafe by day and bar by night, offering a variety of food and drinks and many more....
• Transport: The train station is conveniently located only 2km away, providing easy access to explore the rest of Melbourne.
• Nature: Dandenong Creek Trail where the closest access point (Marie Wallace Bayswater Park) is only a 30 minute walk away. Enjoy the 8km walking trail along the creek – perfect for morning jogs or evening strolls.
• Amenities: Everything you need is within a 30 minute walk, including Aldi, Coles, a gym, yoga studio, a chemist, a post office, and various eateries.
• Family-Friendly: There are about 3 kids’ playgrounds in the area, all within walking distance, making it an ideal spot for families with children. Our go-to park is the Marie Wallace Bayswater Park: A large park with a playground, BBQ facilities, and walking trails.

Our home is a single-storey property, making it easy to move around inside. Please note there are a few steps at the front entrance on the decking, as well as a few steps from the outdoor deck down to the backyard. Our home is not wheel-chair friendly.
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.
The following strict House Rules apply: -
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties or antisocial behaviour.
No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
No pets are allowed in the property without approval.
No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy

For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.

Important:

Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
