YOUR SOUTHBANK BASE
Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms give colleagues, couples or families space and privacy. Sleeps up to four: one queen bed and one double bed, with an ensuite to one bedroom. Share meals in the living and dining area, or unwind on the private balcony.

PARKING INCLUDED
One designated on-site car space is included. Use only the allocated bay and follow building access instructions.

COOK, WASH AND SETTLE IN
A full kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine and dryer support both short visits and longer stays. Bed linen and towels are supplied.

WORK AND CITY VISITS
A Southbank base for MCEC attendees, city visits and time around Crown and the riverfront. Check the route to your specific venue entrance when planning your trip.

SHARED BUILDING FACILITIES
The level 9 pool and gym are shared facilities, not private amenities. Guests must register with the building before use. Access is subject to building rules, induction requirements and availability.

LONGER STAYS
Relocation, insurance and medium- to long-term accommodation enquiries are welcome. Ask about availability and arrangements for your dates; any special setup must be agreed in advance.
