Welcome to Bonview Beach Boy with pool on the park!
Walk to the beach from this gorgeous home or out the back yard to the 15 acre parkland known as RW Stone Reserve. Or stay at the property and be entertained for hours with the heated pool (to 28 degrees), not heated from May-October. The table tennis table, foosball table and evenings by the fire pit.

On the ground floor we have two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen that has a servery out to the balcony that looks over the pool and parklands.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - single bed and trundle bed. We have a desk in this room for those that need to work from home.

Bathroom two off the second living area.

Upstairs we have three further bedrooms:
Bedroom 3 - Master bedroom with ensuite, private balcony and ceiling fan
Bedroom 4 - single bunk and single bed (air conditioning)
Bedroom 5 - two single beds ( air-conditioning)

Both living rooms have smart tv's.

Note: The pool is heated (to 28 degrees ) from November 1st to April 1st

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Well behaved pets welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
