Guests are required to collect the keys from a convenience store located approximately 6 minutes’ walk from the property. There is no additional cost for this service.

If guests arrive after the check-in time and do not inform us at least one day in advance of their late arrival, an additional fee of AUD $30 will apply to arrange key collection from a 24-hour store.

Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you’re expecting any mail during your stay, we recommend having it sent to the local post office for pick up.
