There is also a spacious and beautifully landscaped rooftop, where guests can enjoy a meal or glass of wine at sunset while looking over vistas of the surrounding Streetscape change to landscape. Complete with dining tables, and barbeque. Guests will enjoy reverse cycle heating and cooling, high-end kitchen appliances, in-apartment laundry facilities, and two secure car parks with electric vehicle charging capabilities.
Additionally guests can experience fine dining at Baix Restaurant or relax at 81 Bay Wine Bar without having to leave the building.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Strictly no pets

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
