Split-system heating and cooling, blackout blinds and portable bedroom fans help keep you comfortable throughout the year.

Guests also have access to secure parking for one car, a combination washer and dryer, and the convenience of a Woolworths supermarket on the building’s ground level. The building offers a swimming pool, gym and sauna, with an induction required before guests can use these facilities.

Please note that pets are strictly not permitted at Platinum Views Southbank.

Building Amenities
Guests wishing to use the swimming pool, gym or sauna must complete a building induction. Inductions are held at reception on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm. Please plan accordingly, as access to these facilities is subject to completing the induction.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
