Nestled in a highly sought-after location, only minutes walking distance to Ringwood Lake, Eastland Shopping Centre, Costco, Ringwood Train station and Cafes and restaurants, shops and Eastlink are also close by.
Features: A spacious lounge room. An airy contemporary kitchen includes a large casual meals area. Two good-sized bedrooms with built-in robes and air-conditioning. Master bedroom with ensuite access to the central bathroom. A separate W/C. A separate laundry room with direct outdoor access to a private back garden. Two parking spaces and plenty of street parking spots. Single-lock-up-garage. An outdoor deck. A wraparound garden and courtyard.
PET GUIDELINES * Only allow ONE well-trained and well-behaved pet. * Pets are strictly NOT allowed using any furniture or bedding (couches, pillow or beds). Please bring your own bedding or mat and equipment such as bowls and leads, etc. * Please keep your pet out of any carpeted areas or on rugs. * If your pet causes any damage or additional cleaning is required, excess cleaning fees may be passed on to you, including the replacement of any linen that has been soiled. * Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the unit and should not be allowed to enter the unit wet or dirty. IMPORTANT: * Guests who have no previous reviews, please send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking. * We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details. * The actual total number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking. Unregistered guests are not permitted. * Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. * Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!! Breaking any of the house rules may result in the host requesting you to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately, with penalty fines for any lost or damages caused to the property or building. * Loud music or noise will not be tolerated; Please keep noise levels down after 9:30 pm and before 7.30 am. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent or security bond. * Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply. * We request that guests take responsibility for their trash by sorting it into the correct council bins. This will help keep our community clean and sustainable. * Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind. * Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out. * Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out. * Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it. * Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply. * Garage and driveway parking are available, as well as plenty of free and unlimited off-street parking. * There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house facing outside. * The minimum age requirement for guests is 30 years old.
