Welcome to your private resort where you can play all day and relax all night. With a mod-grass tennis court (recently resurfaced) with basketball ring, solar heated pool, outdoor lounge area, fire pit, and upstairs alfresco dining balcony with million-dollar views.
Enter via the large, ground-level, relaxed lounge room with a large screen TV and generous sofa (and hidden pool bar/kitchenette), which leads out to the poolside lounge area. There are 3 guest bedrooms, a family bathroom, fully equipped laundry, plus a hidden man cave with table tennis and a pool table ( games room). Walk upstairs to one of the most amazing views across Portsea. A simple yet beautiful open plan kitchen with butler's pantry, island bench seating for 4, a dining area for 8, and a large, relaxed lounge area with open fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open out to a spacious deck with remote shades for sunny days, a large family BBQ, and outdoor seating for 8.
There is a king master bedroom with ensuite and a 2nd Queen bedroom with family bathroom/powder room. There is ceiling mounted r/c heating and cooling in the upstairs living area and wall heaters in the bedrooms and ensuite. Downstairs bedrooms offer electric wall heating in each room.
Walk to Back Beach and Portsea SLSC and 15 min walk to Portsea Pier / Pub and Sorrento shopping strip.
