POOL & SPA HEATING
The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.
Whist the spa can heat quite effectively, pool heaters are meant to raise the water temperature just enough to make swimming comfortable. With a much larger volume of water and the outdoor elements, like wind or cooler air, maintaining a higher temperature is more challenging. Essentially, pool heaters take the edge off cold water, but aren't designed to provide the intense warmth a spa does.

As part of our conditions of being able to offer this property for rent, the Mornington Peninsula Shire requires us to provide our contact details to neighbours. Please ensure you read the shire's 'Code of Conduct' to ensure you minimise the impact on neighbours, and they have no need to contact us.
We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, coffee, tea and sugar for your convenience. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase more of these items.
