The heated pool (with electric heat pump) is fully fenced with deep end for adults, shallow end for kids, and super shallow beach area to sit down and relax or for toddlers to play. Pool includes lights in various colours to suit your style so you can enjoy a well lit evening swim.

Six seater spa with 8 jets and built in light is perfect way to finish your day.

Undercover outdoor entertaining area has table and chairs, weber BBQ and outdoor lounge setting with full view of the pool so you can relax in comfort after a swim.

Next to outdoor entertaining area is the garage/games room with wall mounted smart TV, table tennis table, bar fridge, bar table and 6 stools, extra seats and small air hockey table.

The house is open plan with large living area which includes wall mounted smart TV, couches and chairs (6 of which recline), bean bags, reverse cycle air conditioning, wall heater and wifi.

Dining table looks out to pool area and seats 8 guests, and has large sliding door opening to outdoor entertaining area.

Kitchen includes all you need for your holiday with island bench and stools, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso pods), fridge and freezer, oven, gas stove, electric fry pan, air fryer and more.

There are 3 large bedrooms, all with a split system air-conditioning unit, two bathrooms (one with spa bath) and fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Next to heated pool is grass areas for kids to use a variety sports equipment and games such as adjustable basketball ring, totem tennis, quoites, bag toss, soccer balls and goals, cricket set, footies, catching net and more. The property is pet friendly (must receive owners permission before bringing pet) and fully fenced for your four legged friend.

House has "take a book , leave a book library" for those wanting to relax in a recliner or bean bag with a book.
