Master Bedroom 1 King Bed: A spacious, serene retreat perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Walk-in Robe & Ensuite: Enjoy the privacy and convenience of your own ensuite bathroom.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 Each room features a comfortable queen bed and built-in wardrobes, offering plenty of space to unwind.
Bedroom 4 This room includes a bunk bed plus a pull-out trundle bed, providing sleeping space for up to three guests. It also has plenty of cupboard storage.
Bathrooms/Toilets 2 Modern Bathrooms: The master includes an ensuite for added privacy. The shared bathroom offers a relaxing bath and a separate toilet for extra convenience.
Kitchen & Dining A bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area filled with natural light, creating an inviting space for meals and gatherings. Fully equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, toaster, and kettle. A spacious walk-in pantry provide plenty of storage Our large dining area is perfect for family dinners or entertaining friends.
Living Areas Living Room 1: A bright and spacious area with a 75” Smart TV and a comfortable setup for movie nights or casual gatherings.
Living Room 2/5th Bedroom: A second entertainment room with a study desk, a sofa bed, and doors that can be closed off for added privacy, making it perfect as a fifth bedroom.
Sunroom A light-filled seating area with views of the side yard and a lovely water feature. It’s the ideal spot to relax, complete with a gas heater for cozy evenings. Ideal for alfresco meals or for entertaining larger groups.

The following strict House Rules apply :- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. No parties or antisocial behaviour. No additional people are to access the property without prior approval. No pets are allowed in the property without approval. No smoking is allowed in the property at any times. If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.
Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.
Important:
Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices. We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously. If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund. In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.
