Set within a striking designer building, this apartment welcomes you with wide timber floors and a refined, contemporary entrance. The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, featuring comfortable seating, reverse cycle heating and cooling, and a seamless connection to the dining space, which opens out to a generous wraparound courtyard—perfect for alfresco meals or unwinding outdoors. The back gate conveniently extends the courtyard to the landscaped gardens.

The kitchen sits adjacent to the living and dining area and is a true highlight, fitted with premium Bosch appliances, ample benchtop space, and a coffee machine, offering both style and practicality for home cooking.

Guests also enjoy access to exceptional shared facilities, including an infinity pool with cabanas and sun loungers, sweeping gardens, and an impressive rooftop terrace with a pool table and an on-site café. If you intend to use the pool, please bring your own pool towel.

The bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a built-in robe, work desk, and direct access to the outdoors, creating a lovely indoor-outdoor flow. The bathroom is sleek and modern, featuring an elegant rain shower and distinctive rose gold tapware.

Additional features include in-unit laundry with a washing machine and drying racks, and direct lift access. There are bus stops within a five-minute walk. There are no free-to-air channels; however, there are many internet channels available.

The key handler will meet you at the property for check-in. Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-in requests after 9:00 PM incur a $35 fee, and after 12:00 AM a $50 fee. If you expect to arrive later than planned, please let us know ASAP. Late arrivals are subject to a $50/hour fee, which is what the service charges us.

We are unable to replace the BBQ gas bottle when it runs out. However, if a guest exchanges the empty gas bottle for a full one at the local petrol station, we will reimburse the cost. Guests are required to clean the BBQ after use. A $50 fee will apply if it is left uncleaned.


During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, along with access to the communal garden, pool, and rooftop. Please make yourselves at home!

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.

Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you’re expecting any mail during your stay, we recommend having it sent to the local post office for pick up.
