Luxury mansion loft by the beach
Converted Victorian Mansion with parking permit included and romantic gas log fire, opposite Catani Gardens and St Kilda Beach. Beautifully renovated, located in a quite leafy street. Extremely comfortable queen sized loft bedroom. Flat screen SMART TV , and luxurious leather couch!
This oversized one bedroom loft apartment is bursting with period detail and features a certain warehouse cool that simply can’t be created. It is brilliantly located on quiet Park Street, right in the cafe culture and lifestyle synonymous with St Kilda. The loft has direct access to the Catani gardens and St Kilda foreshore as your playground and is only 100m from famous Fitzroy Street. The CBD is a short 12 minute tram ride away, with a stop on your doorstep.
If you are looking for something really special, I’d say you’ll find it here.
The apartment is 50sqm with a fantastic loft bedroom and premium queen sized bed, offering great accommodation for 2 guests.
We also have the following:
Free parking: The Loft comes with a resident parking permit for one car. While the Loft itself is located in Zone 22, the council has only been able to allocate us a permit for Zone 21. The good news is that Zone 21 is extremely close, just a short walk away (around 4 minutes). Zone 21 starts where The Prince of Whales pub is located right at the corner of Fitzroy St and Acland street.
We recommend that you first drop off your luggage at the Loft, and then park your car in Zone 21, we will send you a detailed location before you check in.
🚫 IMPORTANT: Unless you pay for a time parking ticket, do not leave your car parked on Park Street, as fines are strictly enforced,
The parking permit can be found on the sideboard to the right as you enter. Please ensure it is clearly displayed on your dashboard whenever your car is parked, and kindly return it to the same spot before check-out.
As the permit is costly to replace, we’d really appreciate your care with it. At check-out, please send us a quick photo of the permit back in its place. If it is not returned, a $300 replacement fee will apply.
