Keys:

One key set is provided per stay. Keys are collected via secure self check-in using a KeyPal key locker (details are sent prior to arrival).
Lost keys incur a $350 replacement fee, so please keep them safe.
If you require an additional key set, please let me know in advance (subject to availability).

Access Support:

If you experience any issues accessing the key or apartment, please message me as soon as possible so I can assist.

Towels:
Each guest receives one freshly washed towel. If you need extras, just message me happy to arrange more.

Lost Items:
If something is left behind, I can help organise return postage. Handling + postage starts from $50.

No Parties / No Pets:
The apartment must remain quiet, clean, and comfortable for everyone in the building. No parties, gatherings, or pets.

No Smoking:
Smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony is not allowed. A $350 cleaning fee applies for any violation.

Accessibility:
The building offers wheelchair-friendly access throughout.
