This 31st floor apartment has a large open kitchen and living area. One King & one Queen sized beds, both rooms have cupboard storage to hang your outfits with full length mirrors. Boasting a double shower bathroom with underfloor heating, you’ll never want to leave.
All modern appliances including air fryer oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and plumbed in fridge for filtered water and ice at your fingertips.
Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are available.

In the main bedroom, each bedside has USB & USB-C outlets for easy charging of your devices.
Undercover parking is available for one vehicle, please note this is only suitable for small to medium cars. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m.
