With a relaxed modern country aesthetic, this welcoming retreat—featuring a beautifully styled main house and private studio—offers a peaceful escape in the heart of Red Hill. The main living area is designed with Scandinavian touches, where a plush sofa, Masport fireplace, wall-mounted TV, and soft natural light create a calm, cosy atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, built-in wine fridge, and Nespresso machine, along with generous bench space for easy meal prep. Share meals at the light-filled indoor dining area or step out to the front deck, where a large setting for six invites alfresco dining. As night falls, gather on the rear deck for a barbecue or settle by the fire pit, where woodsmoke and flickering flames create the perfect backdrop for long, lingering conversations.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible and thoughtfully styled, with two queen bedrooms and a home office featuring a fold-out single sofa bed (set-up upon request) and desk—ideal for remote work or an extra guest. The main bathroom includes a walk-in rain shower, a standalone bathtub and dual vanities, with a full laundry offering a washer and dryer for extended stays.

Across the garden, the studio offers a private, self-contained retreat complete with a second living area. Enjoy split-system heating and cooling, a TV, generous sofa, queen bed, dedicated workspace, and coffee machine for added comfort. The ensuite boasts a walk-in rain shower and minimalist finishes that echo the home’s modern style.

Year-round comfort is ensured with central climate control in the main house and split-system heating and cooling in the studio. A high chair is available on request, and board games and firewood are also provided. Parking is simple, with two driveway spots and free street parking nearby.

A 14-minute stroll takes you to Polperro Winery for tastings amid the vines, and in just 16 minutes on foot, you can enjoy slow-cooked brisket at Red Gum BBQ. Within a four-minute drive, explore top cellar doors including Mont Rouge Estate, Port Phillip Estate, Avani Wines and Eldridge Estate.
