Upstairs, the spectacular mezzanine loft offers additional sleeping space with a Queen bed and a bunk (sleeps 4). A second bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor. Ducted heating is present throughout the home.

In addition to the main living spaces, there's a cozy sitting area with a second Tuscan-inspired fireplace overlooking the private rear garden. The central kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a large oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
