Un trés bon petit hotel
Petit hotel non loin du centre ville et proche des transports en commun. Chambre petite, vue sur une cour intérieure. Trés bon petit déjeuner avec pancake tout chaud. Personnel sympatique. Trés bon rapport qualité prix. Wifi au top.

Im giving 3 stars not because of the staff and what they did no because they were helpful and so was the manager when I told them about my room and how it hasnt been cleaned well by room service keeper. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights and mini room service is done every day, they would just make the bed, remove the rubbish, take used towels and replace them but not replace any box of tissue or toilet ( I used to go down everyday I get back to hotel when I go to my room to get tissues and toilet paper ) or mob the flour in the bathroom from the hair, furnitures were all dusted and it looks like they havent been cleaned for so long even the carpet. They only replaced the toilet paper the last day and they have put 2, a new one on the top and the on to be used in its place and when I opened to check it was a used one !! Less than half of it left ( how I Knew ? Because I didnt have any toilet paper left so they have put a used one from another room) I like the hotel, staff are amazing and helpful at the reception and its location is very convenient but I really hope they do something about their room service. I would give 5 stars for everything, except for room service.

Clean comfortable room but noisy renter also air conditioning kept me awake. Staff were very helpful but had to pay a $100 cash bond.

The location is prefect, you can have everything within 10 mins walking to different direction. The hotel’s staff are wonderful and very helpful! However, the hotel needs some renovation, the room is quite dusty when I get in and lot of dust and dirt in the corridor as well. Price is pretty good and I guess the quality is matching the price.

Great location but hotel is in dire need of some maintenance. Room had flickering ceiling light, toilet seat was broken, both vanity and shower mixers had loose handles. And the icing on the cake is the loudest mini bar fridge I’ve ever experienced. Was only a quick overnight stay, would recommend for location but that really is all I can say positivity about the hotel
