Hôtel qui aurait besoin d’un sérieux coup de rénovation et de propreté générale. A situé à l’intersection de 2 gros axes routiers, c’est assez bruyant. Les seuls points positifs sont le wifi et parking gratuits ainsi que la proximité avec une galerie marchande pour faire quelques courses (repas...).

Hotel basique, bon marché et pratique. Lit confortable. Environnement convenient avec commerces et restaurants. Pour une nuit entre deux avions (avec voiture de location). Propreté des sols de la chambre a revoir. Le reste ok.

Si vous ne pouvez pas faire autrement...
Etablissement lamentable, indigne du Groupe Accord. C'est situé loin de tout, la navette avec l'aéroport n'existe plus, le personnel est désagréable et la chambre sentait l'eau croupie. De plus c'est situé entre une route a très fort trafic et une voie ferrée. Mauvais choix !

Catastrophique. Déjà, ce ne sont pas des chambres mais des cages à poules.... la « salle de bain » j’ai jamais vu ça. C’est limite si les toilettes ne sont pas dans la douche... propreté inexistante, cafard, les draps n’ont pas était changés pour notre 1 ère nuit.. pleins de miettes... les verres mis à disposition ne sont même pas en plastique mais en polistirene, clim qui fait un bruit insupportable....

I have worked in the travel industry for 37 years and am shocked to find such awful places advertised as hotels in Australia. One of them is an air conditioner, an old type that penetrates the wall, but because the bottom is not straight, there is a large gap through which wind blows in 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we can hear everything, including the engine noise of a speeding car on the main road right beside us, as well as the sirens of ambulances and police vehicles. Also, this air conditioner is covered in cobwebs and probably hasn't been cleaned for several years, so I have a feeling that the air it blows out contains countless mold spores. Also, when I first entered the shower room, I found several strands of hair lying around. It seems that the room has never been cleaned. There was also several years' worth of dust accumulated on the ventilation fan, so it seems that the room has never been cleaned. Finally, the family diagonally opposite, who seemed to be Indian, did not close the door, and the screams, especially of their children, continued for three consecutive nights until 1 a.m. We requested the receptionist to pay attention to them, but they never stopped.

I went for the F1. It was a 10 min walk to the train station and then a 30 train ride to flinders. The place was confortable for my purpose. The room small, as expected, but had a table, coffee, tea, kettle, cups and the shower worked fantasticly, super hot and with great pressure. Bed confy, towels clean, pillow to soft for me (but that's just me). My only concern was the fact I booked through expedia, as I booked all around the world and never had any issues, but here I found out the property was going to charge my card on file at 6pm on arrival date, I was arriving at 10pm that night, and if payment was not successful they would cancel the booking straight away, no call no nothing. On a race week, you can imagine there were no other places available, and i had booked this place back in December, 3 months ago. What happens if the card fails, what happens if the bank does not authorize the payment? These things can happen and it was horrible to have to fly from Brisbane without knowing if I had a place to stay that night. The receptionist was quite helpful, told me he would hold the booking until 10pm but flight got delayed and got by uber at 10.40pm. The booking was there. However, due to this unnecessary stressful situation I wouldn't stay there the next time. It's a shame.

Limited check in hours. I really needed a place to sleep, so the clean bed and room were welcome. Staff were nice, but the on- off check in was a bit inconvenient. $218 seems expensive for what it is.

You get what you pay for and this motel is great just for a quick stop over between flights. It is comfortable with a tiny bathroom. The bed was comfortable and towels were fluffy. The not so nice: The air-conditioner was covered in dust. I found a used toothpaste tube in the shower so i did wonder if it had been cleaned properly. We couldn't open the window as it was near a highway and too noisy. While tgere is only breakfast offered for meals we found a great club just up the road (about 2 minutes walk) and had a great meal for dinner.

Car park was full of sketchy people as soon as you walk in. Reception had a horrible smell that stuck with you through the whole building. Found cigarettes on the window sill Pillows were thin as napkins and when we asked for extras we were told we’ll bring them to you… after 30 minutes with no pillows we went and asked again to be told we’ll bring them in 15 minutes.. when they eventually brought them they smelt horrible… Bathroom is tiny an touch the wall in every direction Photos don’t do justice to the poor size of the room. Not clean, smells gross, poor service Wouldn’t recommend

Parking area was small, room was not serviced and they did not even ask if we wanted it serviced, there was no soap in dispenser in shower or at the vanity. Customer service was lax.

Very poor overall an no lift when you have heavy luggage is very inconvenient an no help offered to carry upstairs , was very noisy around 2am ,doors slamming by late arrivals, poor customer service. Wouldnt recommend to anyone, not kid friendly either. Poor communication from staff also.

Rechercher dans les avis Impossible de dormir, fenêtres qui ne ferment pas bien, ancienne clim qui laisse passer le bruit les portes ne ferment pas bien non plus, pas de prise USB, petit déjeuner a 7:30 un peu tard quand on a les vols de bonne heure. Ibis budget de l'aéroport est totalement insonorisé malgré les avions a 400m, breakfast a 7:00 . Je deconseille fortement le fawkner. Réveillé plusieurs fois dans la nuit. Seul le prix est un peu intéressant. Hôtel vieillot. Nécessiterait une remise au propre. J'y suis venu il y a 5 ans,cela est encore plus dégradé.

As far as budget places to stay this isnt to bad, i wasnt expecting much and it was perfect for what i needed it for. My issue with this property was the poor customer service, a smile on your face goes a long way and it costs nothing. The guy behind the counter that checked me in had some of the worst customer service i have experienced and if he is that miserable doing that job maybe he should quit.
