For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You may choose a Refresh & Restock or Full Clean for $120.

For extended stays, cleaning services can be tailored so our team can periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the apartment to keep it in top condition throughout your stay.



Please review the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind are not permitted. Non-compliance will result in eviction and additional charges for damage or extra cleaning.



Lost keys will incur a $250 replacement fee.
