Located within the historic Bond Store building, the apartment features exposed brick walls, soaring timber ceilings and skylights that fill the space with natural light. The open-plan living area invites relaxation with comfortable sofas, a ceiling fan and a large wall-mounted TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, complete with a breakfast bar, wine chiller, coffee pod machine and blender. Upstairs, a dedicated loft workspace provides a comfortable setting for remote work or study, making the apartment well suited to business travellers and longer stays.

Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, split-system heating and cooling, blackout blinds, and ample wardrobe space. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite with a freestanding bath and LED lighting, while a second bathroom and in-unit laundry provide added convenience for families, groups and longer stays. Secure parking is available for one vehicle, and additional features such as heated floors and a centralised sound system enhance your stay.

Pool access requires a quick induction with the Building Manager, including signing a form. Inductions are not available on weekends and are subject to the Building Manager’s availability, so access cannot be guaranteed.
