A very comfortable room for one nights stay, clean and everything I needed. Location Location Location !!!! So convenient to Southern Cross Station as I had travelled from Gippsland by coach. An easy walk to Ghe Forum theatre where I was attending a concert.

I found the check in staff very good and they were good to deal with and the room was very good. we had stayed there previously and it was the same the other times.that is why I stayed there again.

Reasonable price. Clean and nice hotel. Very good location. A little bit noisy sometimes because it's near the railway but it was ok to sleep.

Staff was very friendly and always willing to answer any questions that I had. The location was perfect and right in the heart of the CBD. Would highly recommend to anyone exploring Melbourne for the first time.

F1オーストラリアGPに家族で行きました。 立地はとても良いし、設備もまぁまぁなので、コスパ良いと思います。 2、3軒隣にリカーショップあります。レアステーキ（Rare）も200mくらい離れたとこにあり徒歩圏内です。何よりサザンクロス駅が近い。 館内は、エレベータ2機あり、移動はまずまず。4人部屋（キングベッド×2）なので手狭なのは置いといて、コンセントも多く、冷蔵庫もあり、電子レンジもある。シャワー室とトイレが一緒なのだけイマイチです。 1Fのレストランは夕食で利用しましたが、意外に良いです。美味しいし、賑やかで楽しいです。 リピートありです。

The staff at reception, housekeeping and in dining area were all courteous and happy to assist. The only drawback was lack of window in the room.
