Get set to enjoy the perfect summer getaway (Sleeps 8)
Superbly presented and offering a relaxed beachy appeal, the home is set over two levels, with four bedrooms and two living areas. Upstairs the main open plan living area includes a brand-new kitchen with quality appliances and sundrenched dining and lounge opening to the north facing deck with beautiful bay views; the perfect spot to entertain or relax against the backdrop of waves lapping against the foreshore.
Downstairs comprises three light-filled bedrooms and a brand-new central bathroom as well as a great 2nd living space, which is perfect for children to enjoy while you sit upstairs on the deck, sipping champagne. Upstairs there is a large space with a separate entrance offers a combined second living area, large master fourth bedroom with WIR as well as a stunning new bathroom with bath. There is also a single lockup garage is complete with laundry facilities, and to the rear, a generous fully fenced backyard allows children to safely play or you can enjoy the firepit.
Features include; split system heating/cooling both upstairs and downstairs, off street parking, beautiful gardens that are fully fenced for privacy or for children to play.
