• No smoking inside the apartment. If you wish to smoke, please take your keys and step outside the building.
• No parties or events are permitted.
• Quiet hours begin at 9:30 pm – 7 am. Please keep the noise to a minimum.
• The building is monitored 24/7 by security and CCTV for everyone’s safety.
