The entire apartment is available for your access and use. However, please do not touch the owner`s supply chest in the wardrobe!

For stays of 14 nights or more, we recommend a mid-stay cleaning service. Guests can opt for a Refresh, Restock, and Full Clean for $250. For longer visits, cleaning services can be tailored to ensure the property is well-maintained, refreshed, and inspected throughout your stay.

We kindly ask that you review and follow the House Rules before confirming your booking. Please note that parties or events are strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule may result in eviction and additional charges for damages or extra cleaning. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The booking name is the Registered Guest.

They are responsible for:
• Visitors and their conduct
• Ensuring all guests understand and follow the rules



🚫 Unregistered Guests

Only guests listed in the booking are permitted.

Unauthorised guests = $100 fine per person, per night + possible cancellation.

This is required by insurance.



🎉 No Parties or Events

No parties, gatherings, or events of any kind.

Applies to the apartment and all common areas.

Breaches = immediate eviction without refund.



🔇 Noise & Neighbours

Keep noise to a minimum at all times.

Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM.

No outdoor use after 10PM.

Noise complaints may lead to eviction.



🚭 Smoking & Vaping

Not permitted indoors or in common areas.

Breaches = $1000 fine + cleaning fees.

Only smoke in designated outdoor areas.

🚓 Illegal Substances & Activities

Zero tolerance.

Suspicious activity is reported immediately.



🎥 Surveillance & Monitoring

Common areas may have video surveillance.

Noise monitoring devices may be installed.



🐾 Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Breaches may incur fines.

Building induction required (book 2 days before check-in).

Fee: $100 AUD per guest (set by building).

🧼 Cleaning

Cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only.

Excessive mess = extra charges.

Return items to their original places.

📦 Mail & Deliveries

Do not send mail to the property.
