This is a 100% NON-SMOKING property. Smoking of any kind (including vapes) is STRICTLY prohibited inside the apartment, balcony or in common areas.
If any smell, residue, or evidence of smoking is detected, a STRICT $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged.

DAMAGES – COST OF REPAIR + $500 PENALTY 🚫
Any damages to furniture, walls, appliances, or other parts of the property will result in a charge for the full cost of repairs or replacement, plus a STRICT $500 PENALTY for breach of terms.

STRICT CHECKOUT – 10:00 AM ⏰
Checkout is STRICTLY by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
This ensures cleaners have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.
A STRICT $50 FEE applies for every 30 MINUTES LATE beyond the scheduled checkout time.
