KEYS
Keys can be collected from the Fawkner Express Grocery Store, located at Shop 3 / 431 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, which is 1.5km away and a 5-minute drive. This store is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you are arriving outside of these hours, please get in touch with our team.

Your unique key code will be included in the house manual, which will be sent to you three days before your stay.

ARRIVING OUTSIDE OF OPENING HOURS
Please check the opening hours for your home’s key collection location. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, we can arrange access via a key lockbox for your convenience. Please note there is a $50 fee to set this up.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home; unfortunately, we won't have the chance to meet. However, this provides a convenient and straightforward way to enter and depart the house easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform at any time during your stay, and we will provide you with our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
