Our apartment is situated in the heart of Southbank, placing you within easy reach of Melbourne's CBD and some of the city's most popular attractions. Crown Entertainment Complex, the Yarra River, Southbank dining and entertainment, and the many attractions of central Melbourne are all close by.

Step inside and enjoy a bright, thoughtfully designed home filled with natural light from the large windows. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobe, and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom has its own split-system heating and cooling for year-round comfort. The living room has a double fold-out sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchen includes quality appliances and essential cooking utensils, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table with seating for six makes it easy to enjoy meals together.

Take in the amazing views from the living area, which is designed for both comfort and functionality, with comfortable couches and chairs and a smart TV. Linens are provided, and guests are welcome to set up the sofa bed themselves when required.

Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy beautiful views across the Melbourne cityscape, whether you're starting your morning or winding down after a day exploring the city.

The apartment features two bathrooms, including a private ensuite connected to the master bedroom. The other bathroom includes both a shower and bathtub.

For added convenience, the apartment includes a washing machine and dryer, as well as two secure on-site car spaces.

All linens and towels are included; however, lost or damaged linens/towels may incur a fee.

KEYS
Keys can be collected at a convenience store within walking distance of the apartment. The store is located approximately 300 meters from home.

The store is open from 8.30 am until 12.00 am midnight every day (7 days a week).

Your unique key code will be included in the house manual, which will be sent to you three days before your stay.

If you arrive outside these hours, don't hesitate to contact our team to arrange an alternative solution. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, we can arrange access via a key lockbox for your convenience. Please note there is a $50 fee to set this up.

Please return the keys to the convenience store when checking out.

PARKING
Two secure onsite car spaces are available for guests.
Please note that the garage height limit is 2 metres.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
