I found the facility impersonal, with auto check in and disinterested staff. There was supposed to be 2 restaurants but infact there was one and the menu was very limited

Shower bath issues
We were given a room with a shower and no bath as we had booked a room with a bath. I had to have a full on disagreement with the man at reception and he kept telling me they didn't have a room with a bath. eventhough they still had rooms available online with baths. After an hour he magically found a room. Not impressed by attitude of the office staff.

The property is nice and the option of the brewery is really good. I had a bad experience with checkin that ruined my stay, I was kept waiting a very long time and the staff were bad. Apart from that it was fine and I will give it another chance when down here in business.

The Bar and Brewery was a nice option, there are shops and take away close by and easy to find. It was clean and neat, the rooms are basic but functional.

We had a very enjoyable stay with the options of on the property dining. Didn't like the late 7.30 am breakfast start on Sunday. We had to for abandon the free breakfast on that day to leave at 7.00 am for the return to Adelaide. It was disappointing as we really enjoyed the great breakfast on the Saturday.

Limited parking at the front. Had to park in the rear carpark which wasnt very lit up. King bed could not sleep in the middle as it was 2 beds joined together!! Automatic deduction of $200 plus surcharge for bond which I found to be very steep and was not advised when it would be put back in to my bank account. This was taken incase anything was eaten at the mini bar. Absolutely ridiculous amount of money to be taken out for potential use of mini bar. Coffee was at best average.

Bonds are a critical part of any hotel business and are required at any EVT location. ( We hold bonds not only for the use of the mini bar but also any potential damages to room.) Hope this clears up why we charge bonds. I will pass your feedback onto our food and bev manager in regards to the coffee.
