We are in the middle of new phone/internet interface installations and have been experiencing dropouts. I am so sorry for this, and that we were not aware of the duplicate charge. Bonds are a critical part of any hotel business and are required at any EVT location. ( We hold bonds not only for the use of the mini bar but also any potential damages to room.) Hope this clears up why we charge bonds. I will pass your feedback onto our food and bev manager in regards to the coffee.
