As you step inside, you'll find a generously sized living area featuring comfortable seating and a double fold-out sofa bed, the perfect space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

The home offers three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located towards the front of the house, while the third bedroom sits at the rear for added privacy. The main bedroom includes heating and cooling, as well as a TV for your comfort.

At the heart of the home is a welcoming dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals during your stay. You'll also have access to fast Wi-Fi and convenient laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer.

Step outside to enjoy the spacious backyard, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a casual meal outdoors.

There is also plenty of parking available in the driveway.

Located just minutes from Westfield Airport West Shopping Centre, you'll have easy access to supermarkets, cafés, and dining options. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

GETTING AROUND
Walking: local streets are walkable for short trips (shops on Matthews Ave). Tram: Route 59 (Airport West to Flinders St) runs along Matthews Ave and provides a direct link to the CBD. Bus: several routes including 477 (Broadmeadows–Moonee Ponds via Essendon Fields) and 469/902 services provide connections to nearby train and tram interchanges. Train: closest major stations are Essendon and/or Jacana; Essendon is reachable by bus/tram and provides frequent services to the CBD. Car/Rideshare: immediate access to the Tullamarine Freeway and M80 makes car travel fast to Melbourne Airport and the CBD. Taxi and rideshare services are commonly available; short trips to Essendon Fields/Westfield Airport West are quick.
