This is a private, high-end residential building. To ensure a peaceful stay:

Privacy: Please do not approach the building reception/concierge. I am your dedicated host—message me directly for anything you need! 📱

Deliveries: No parcels can be delivered to the building; the concierge will not accept them for short-term guests.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise low between 10 PM – 8 AM. 🔇

🔑 Check-In & Security

Arrival: Full self-check-in instructions are sent prior to arrival. 🕒

Keys: Please keep fobs secure. A $300 replacement fee applies for lost keys due to high-security building requirements.

Flexibility: I offer 1-hour extensions for check-in/out for free if the calendar permits! Just ask. 😊

🚗 Parking & Transport

Parking: No on-site parking. I recommend off site paid parking like Wilson Parking - Southern Cross or Secure Parking

Transport: You are 1 min from the Free Tram Zone and SkyBus!

🚫 Building Policies

No Parties/Events: Strictly monitored.

Amenities: To ensure building harmony, the pool/gym/level 76 lounges are currently for long-term residents only. Your 71st-floor private view is the best in the house! 🌆

Rubbish: Convenient chute located near the lifts.
