The place was very nice and had fantastic time by the pool. The AC wasn’t the best but I also run hot by nature. It worth paying for the hot tub. It heats up nicely.

The house is spacious and seemed clean. We had plenty of room for our family of 13. The biggest problem we had was the Refrigerator. It had broken/missing shelves in the door and the freezer was not working well. The ice maker would work then not. I looked back on the reviews and noticed that the refrigerator has been a problem since 2022. Also the description says there is 5 King size beds but the one room upstairs has two twin beds. The hot tub gets hot but little to no jets. Just a few things fixed this would be even better. Location is close to beach, downtown and Great Restaurants.

Melbourne golf trip

Everything was great, this is our third time here with 12 guys for a golf trip. Great accommodations and pool area. Andrew the property manager was great. Highly recommend this place!

Group Stay

This house in Melbourne was perfect for our group. The host and property manager were great to work with and helped accommodate our large group. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms, a large kitchen and eating area, a great pool and outdoor area. It was perfect of us. Just a short drive to the beach and a large driveway for multiple cars, this place had everything we needed. We would definitely book this place again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Amazing stay again!!

This is our second time staying at this property. The first time was a couple years ago on a trip to celebrate before our wedding, and we just went back with a group of 12 for a mini vacation. The house is amazing, close to the beach, clean, and the private pool is always a hit. The hosts are super helpful and easy to reach when needed. I also highly recommend the arcade bar that’s close by- I think it’s called game over? I highly recommend this property and we definitely plan to come back!

Family Reunion

Really great space for large groups, common spaces large enough to accommodate many people at once. Bedrooms worked great for our group of several families. TV's in every bedroom was nice for rainy days for private down time. Large safe areas for little ones to play while indoors. So clean and well accommodated kitchen items and toiletries. One negative no shelves on refrigerator door so space inside was cramped. Ice maker didn't make cubes only crushed and not always. We would stay there again.

Great house for a family gathering

The house was plenty big with a large gathering area on main floor and a nice big kitchen and eating area. in a nice neighborhood. 15 minutes drive to the beach. There are 4 exit doors to the pool so be careful with non swimmers. The host was very accommodating.

Coming home.

We lived in Florida for 15 years and loved it, but a job transfer moved us to Phoenix. Every couple of years we spend a couple years there visiting family and places. We stayed at a beautiful home in Melbourne Florida that was amazing. We had 13 people and the home had room for 22 so the space, pool, neighborhood, convenient location,and owner s that were amazing to work with made our vacation perfect! Great Family Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We had 16 members of our family stay in the home. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the home. Extended family vacation. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Every room had comfortable King size beds. Linens were clean and crisp. Pillows were so comfy had to check out the tag so I could purchase upon returning home. Bathrooms had large size shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen stocked with everything needed; appreciated Keurig as big coffee drinkers.Safe and quiet neighborhood for walking; everyone very friendly. All amenities and beach about 10 minute drive. House as posted; few things need repair and property manager going to address our concerns. Speaking of the property manager; quick responses to any questions/concerns. Maintenance people very friendly and respected our privacy. Overall great vacation!

Refrig needs some fixing no shelves on inside door for storage and a drawer cracked hard to open and close. Outside porch off master suite needs some tlc! Pool was awesome and the bunk room was fantastic!!

Fun Weekend Stay

We had a party of 12 and this property accommodated that. We were a mixture of friends and family along with a variety of ages. The king beds were nice to have in each of the room. Kitchen was good except pots and pans should be replaced and could use either a second fridge or have side compartments for the fridge as space was very limited. Nice to have the pool. The property could be cleaned up especially the two patios off the primary room and the second king room. The ping pong table needs to be updated as it was not worth trying to play on. The grill didn't work at first but the owner answered our call instantly. The pool toys and beach chairs should be replaced as they had so much rust you wouldn't want to sit on them. But we loved that we had a table that fit everyone and a living room large enough for everyone as well. The property was only about 5 minutes from the beach which was a nice location. Overall a good stay, just needs a little attention to make it excellent.

Great house for a group!

We loved it so much we never really left! The pool was the perfect hang out for all of us! Grocery store and anything you need is a short drive away. Planned to go to Kennedy dove center and the beach but just enjoyed relaxing instead! Thank you for a great getaway! We will definitely check availability next time we head that way!

Wonderful vacation home near the ocean

We were very pleasantly surprised when we got to the property to see the size of the home and the big backyard! The home was well stocked with everything you need like detergent, shampoo, baby items and even beach necessities. The beds had noticeably white and fresh clean linens. The pool area was fully enclosed so that even on a rainy day we were able to enjoy and swim. Hot tub was very hot and relaxing after a long day. It was also nice to have a grill to use in the backyard. The location is perfect, only minutes from the many beaches and fishing spots. Owner was very prompt to answer any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend and we will consider coming back here!
